LENDING AREA:  NATIONWIDE, INTERNATIONAL

PROPERTY GRADES:  ALL GRADES

BORROWER CREDIT GRADE ALL GRADES

LOAN TO VALUE/DCR SET BY PROPERTY'S ACTUAL OR PROFORMA CASH FLOW CAPABILITY AND/OR THE BORROWER'S CASH FLOW AND ASSETS.

NOTE:  UNDERPERFORMING PROPERTIES REQUIRE BORROWER'S PERSONAL INCOME SUFFICIENT TO COVER ANY NEGATIVE CASH FLOW OR ADDITIONAL COLLATERAL UNTIL CASH FLOW ACHIEVES BREAK EVEN STATUS.
